HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister meets with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, met today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, His Excellency Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, on the sidelines of the 20th edition of the IISS Manama Dialogue.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad highlighted the strength of the Bahrain-Kuwait relationship, which continues to receive the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
His Royal Highness affirmed the longstanding relations and enduring partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, strengthened by a history of multisectoral collaboration.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad noted the shared commitment to further bilateral relations between both countries and build on collaboration across various sectors to achieve mutual aspirations that benefit both countries and their people.
During the meeting, the latest regional and international developments and issues of common interest, were discussed.
For his part, His Excellency Al-Yahya expressed his gratitude for His Royal Highness’s commitment to enhancing bilateral relations, and wished the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
The National Security Advisor, Secretary-General of the Supreme Defence Council, and Commander of the Royal Guard, HH Lieutenant-General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting.
