Shura Council Chairman congratulates HM King, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister on McLaren’s historic Bahrain GP victory

Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on McLaren’s historic first and third place win at the 2025 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.

The Chairman highlighted Bahrain’s achievements in motorsport, under the leadership of HM the King, noting that His Majesty’s support has been instrumental in strengthening the Kingdom’s role in the development of sports and youth.

He also congratulated His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on McLaren’s historic result, noting that it reflects the success of Team Bahrain, led by HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Al Saleh also congratulated Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mumtalakat, and the board members of the company on the team’s landmark victory.
