HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (52) of 2025
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (52) of 2025, regarding the transfer and appointment of directors at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, based on the proposal by the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications.
Article (I)
Abdulla Hassan Ishaq Al Qadhi, the Director of the Aviation Safety and Security Directorate, shall be transferred to serve as the Director of the Air Transport Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, succeeding Ibtisam Mohammed Al Shamlan.
Article (II)
Ahmed Yousif Mohammed Al Malki shall be appointed as Director of the Aviation Safety and Security Directorate, succeeding Abdulla Hassan Ishaq Al Qadhi.
Article (III)
Mazin Mohammed Ghulam Al Balooshi shall be appointed as Director of the Ports Operations and Technical Services Directorate, succeeding Mohammed Ibrahim Al Humaidi.
Article (IV)
Talal Alawi Hassan Al Alawi shall be appointed as Director of the Commercial Affairs and Logistics Zones Directorate, succeeding Salman Nabeel Mohammed Shakeeb.
Article (V)
Adel Najat Haidar Mohammed Hassan shall be appointed as Director of the Ship Registry and Seamen Affairs Directorate, succeeding Mayas Al Moataz Billah Al Agha.
Article (VI)
Dr Salah Hassan Saad Al Hassan shall be appointed as Director of the Maritime Safety Directorate.
Article (VII)
The Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications shall implement the provisions of this edict, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
