HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulates the newly elected Chairman and Board Members of the Bahraini Journalists Association

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today congratulated Isa Al Shaiji, President of the Bahraini Journalists Association, on his election as Chaiman of the Association for a new term, as well as the new Board Members on their election.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister wished the Board continued success in strengthening the role of Bahraini journalism in all development sectors, as part of the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

His Royal Highness also wished the newly elected Board of Directors success in carrying on the duties of the Bahraini Journalists Association in serving its members, developing journalistic work, and honing the skills of Bahraini journalists.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the founders and members of the previous Board of Directors of the Bahraini Journalists Association in achieving their goals, which contribute to the development of journalism in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

His Royal Highness commended the achievements and successes of the Association over the past 25 years since its establishment, thanks to the dedicated efforts of many prominent journalists and media professionals.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also commended the effective role played by Bahraini journalists as a partner in national efforts, serving the Kingdom and its citizens, and raising community awareness by disseminating purposeful messages that support Bahrain’s development.

His Royal Highness expressed his pride in the dedication and hard work of all journalists in their daily efforts, which contribute to serving Bahrain’s society and its citizens.
