HRH Prince Salman Meets British Crown Prince

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander today hailed historic friendship bonding Bahrain and the UK.

He stressed both countries’ resolve to promote ties further as he visited Prince Charles, Heir Apparent to the British Throne, at Clarence House.HRH Prince Salman was accompanied by His Majesty the King’s Personal Representative Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

He conveyed to Prince Charles greetings from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and wishes of further progress and prosperity for the UK. Prince Charles welcomed HRH Prince Salman’s visit to the UK as part of continuous joint coordination and efforts to bolster relations.

“The reform project has earned Bahrain international respect and recognition”, Prince Charles said, wishing Bahrain and its people progress. The two leaders discussed issues relating to growing bilateral relations.
