HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated by HH the Crown Prince of Kuwait
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled Al Hamad Al Mubarak Al Sabah, the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, on the 24th anniversary of the adoption of the National Action Charter.
