HM King congratulated by HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister on Bahrain’s election to UN Security Council (2026–2027)

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received cable of congratulations from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the Kingdom of Bahrain’s election as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for the 2026–2027 term.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated His Majesty the King on this achievement, which reflects Bahrain’s role in the international community and the strong confidence in its diplomatic approach based on establishing peace, security, and development worldwide. His Royal Highness attributed this success to His Majesty the King’s directives, and described the achievement as a historic milestone in Bahraini diplomacy that contributes to realising national ambitions and aspirations.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted Bahrain’s prominent international standing and ongoing achievements as a reflection of HM the King’s vision, which has enhanced the Kingdom’s competitiveness and reinforced its active role globally. His Royal Highness also expressed pride in the national efforts of Bahrain’s people, united in serving the Kingdom and advancing its progress, in accordance with the directives of HM the King and aspirations for the nation’s prosperity.
