HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, meets with the Chairman of the KFCRIS along with several senior GCC and Arab officials participating in the Manama Dialogue

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, met today with His Royal Highness Prince Turki Bin Faisal Bin Abdulaziz AI-Saud, Chairman of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS), along with several senior delegates from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Arab countries participating in the 21st edition of the IISS Manama Dialogue 2025 (MD).

His Royal Highness affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, continues to advance its steadfast approach towards further strengthening joint Arab Action and collaboration.

His Royal Highness noted that such cooperation ensures the Arab countries’ continued diligence in addressing regional and international developments, while meeting the aspirations of its peoples for further progress and prosperity.

His Royal Highness highlighted the importance of building on past achievements to strengthen joint Arab action and enhance coordination in support of regional security, stability, and sustainable development.

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad reiterated the importance of regional security, outlining the Council’s critical role in safeguarding the region and advancing global economic growth.

His Royal Highness commended the efforts of allied nations to collectively strengthen regional and international security and stability.

His Royal Highness noted the depth of the historical ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arab countries, founded upon shared history and values. His Royal Highness underscored that the Arab countries’ solidarity and cohesion in addressing current challenges reflect the strength of its institutional framework and unity.

During the meeting, several topics of common interest as well as issues relating to the Manama Dialogue 2025 were discussed.

For their part, His Royal Highness Prince Turki Bin Faisal Bin Abdulaziz AI-Saud, and the senior delegates expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to meet with His Royal Highness and commended the Kingdom of Bahrain’s continued success in hosting this important international security forum.

His Highness Lieutenant-General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Commander of the Royal Guard, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Excellency Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, along with several officials, also attended the meeting.
