HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the Chair of the Trustees and Member of the Advisory Council of IISS

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with Lord Mark Sedwill, Chair of the Trustees and Member of the Advisory Council of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), at Riffa Palace.

During the meeting, His Royal Highness highlighted the importance of strengthening cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and leading international research institutions, including the IISS, particularly in relation to preparations for one of the world’s most prominent security forums, the IISS Manama Dialogue.

For his part, Lord Mark Sedwill expressed his appreciation for His Royal Highness’s support in advancing cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the IISS, and wished the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity.

His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, was also in attendance.
